The worst/poorest thing an internet company can do, is to NOT provide an feedback/contact form on the homepage..!
Explanation, don’t get it wrong, but where do you live?!?
Do you think every one does have an email client installed and/or configured?!
Do you know how inconvenient it is to copy your email address, surf to your webmail, login, enter your email address and write you?!?
Maybe just to help YOU out?! (Comments, constructive criticism, suggestions, etc.)
1. You made a contact page on your homepage, but no contact form.
2. You start a new public betatest tool and YOU want feedback FROM the USERS, to help YOU out..
Again, no feedback form, just an email..
This is web 2.0, email is becoming outdated (soon), more and more is just over IM and online communities done..
Messaging here and there, but rarely over email..!
Do you still wondering, why you get only some feedback, not more..??

Hi, I downloaded your TrojanHunter today because I am worried about a RAT on my computer. I normally have Comodo firewall running and when it recently alerted me that I connected to a VPN, it didn’t tell me what app initiated that. I recently installed Connectify and Gamefire, but they are getting rave reviews. Maybe you can check these guys out?
